About the position
Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are tasked with staffing the United States Penitentiary (USP) and the Satellite Prison Camp (SPC) located in Inez, Kentucky.
USP Big Sandy is a high security facility housing approximately 1,500 male inmates. SPC Big Sandy is an adjacent facility that houses approximately 90 minimum security male inmates.
The Dental Assistant is expected to perform the following:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Assist in maintaining accountability and sterilization of instruments
- Become proficient in BEMR (the inmate electronic medical record)
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner around inmates
- and any other task
- Must have had formal training as a dental assistant with at least two years documented experience or hold current certification in this area.
- Valid BLS/ACLS
